Es Máster en Derecho (LL.M.) con especialidad en Derecho Internacional Público por la London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) de la Universidad de Londres. Ha obtenido el título profesional de Diplomático por la Academia Diplomática del Perú y es bachiller en Derecho por la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú
