[The first signs of the constitucional way to study the procedural law: the Calamandrei´s work

Abstract

On 2016 commemorated 60 years of Piero Calamandrei´s death. In that context this paper describes the Cala-mandrei´s influence in law procedural today, and how the context in which he lived influenced his understanding of procedural law. Specially describes his influence on constitucional way to study the procedural law.
