Brief notes on the res judicata in the civil process

Abstract

The paper analyzes some aspects of the res judicata that have generated –and are generating– problems for legal operators and that have no response from our legislation and doctrine, all basically due to the ignorance of the basis of the res judicata and the precarious regulation that it has in our Civil Procedure Code.
