Right to participate of children and teenagers in the judicial procedure

Abstract

This essays deal with the topic of the children and teenagers’ right to participate in judicial procedures. It is remarked the efforts carried out by the Peruvian Judicial Power in order to accomplish the rights of the underage persons, allowing them to participate in the judicial procedure into an adequate environment, a friendly methodology, with a professional interdis-ciplinary and specialized intervention.
