Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- I am committed not to submit this article for publication to another magazine, book or any other media or platform of dissemination, until I receive the editorial decision.
- The file sent is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect format.
- The consigned bibliographic references are only those that I have cited in the text, and they are arranged alphabetically and conforming to APA Style standards. Web addresses have been added for references where possible. In the case of bibliographic references that have a doi code, it is mandatory to include their complete URL.
- When uploading the Submission File, in the third step, add the file of the Authorship Affidavit, filled and signed by the authors.
- The text fluctuates among 7,000 to 15,000 words, to a space, in Arial 12, in A4 format, with margins of 3 cm. I record footnotes, double-spaced in Arial 10 font. Use italics instead of underlining (except URLs); and all the illustrations, figures and tables are inside the text in the corresponding place and not at the end of everything
- I guarantee that the article is an original and unpublished document and has not been published, totally or partially, in another academic journal, book or any other media or platform for dissemination.
- I am committed not to submit this article for publication to another magazine, book or any other media or platform of dissemination, until I receive the editorial decision.
- The text complies with the bibliographic and style requirements indicated in the Guidelines for Authors, which can be found in About the magazine.

It´s an open section to articles that are not related to the area mentioned in the Main Section.
Interdisciplinary
It publishes articles that approximate to Law with other areas of the human knowledge (like history, literature, sociology, economy, anthropology, psychology, among others).
