Abstract

The present article gives a short summary of legal treatment on urbanistic contribution. The author seeks to show the existence of legal vacuums that must be solved to improve the appliance of the this matter in our country.

Diplomas de Urbanismo, Medio Ambiente y Ordenación del Territorio por la Unión Iberoamericana de Municipalistas (Granada). Cuenta con una Maestría en Derecho por la Universidad George Washington (LL.M. in Government Contracts) y una Maestría en Project Management por EAE
