Administrative Law Penalty in Chile: “location” and “limits”

Abstract

This paper studies the “location” of the Administrative Penalty Law in Law. Raises that it is “located” in Administrative Law, so its principles and rules apply to it in principle, but since they have a markedly punitive character, so do the principles of Criminal Law, although with nuances. Likewise, this paper studies the “limits” of the Administrative Penalty Law with respect to Contravention Law and Disciplinary Law.
