This paper addresses the implementation of a system for the continuous assessment of Graduate Attributes (GA) in an engineering program, using an interactive dashboard as a support tool to facilitate decision-making aimed at improving the graduate profile. The approach is based on experiential learning, formative assessment, and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. The methodology comprised four phases: planning the assessment through curriculum mapping and goal definition; applying assessment tools in core courses over two semesters; verifying results via the dashboard; and implementing corrective actions. Results demonstrate improvements in five of six GA, alongside the identification of internal gaps in attributes that met their overall goal. In conclusion, this system functions as a robust management tool that tracks competency achievement and provides evidence to support continuous improvement and accreditation processes.
