El presente artículo realiza un exhaustivo análisis en torno al artículo 630 del Código Procesal Civil, referido a la cancelación de la medida cautelar. Se pretende dar respuesta a ciertas interrogantes que los justiciables pueden plantearse al aplicar la referida norma, así como dar un llamado de alerta para que los casos sean resueltos de forma uniforme y el criterio jurisprudencial sea claro y preciso.

The following essay develops an exhaustive research about the aplication of article 630 of the Civil Procedure Code, which regulates the cancelation of a precautionary measure. The author provides answers about some interrogants that may appear while applying the aforementioned article. Also, this work pretends to give a call to remind that all cases must be resolved in an uniform criteria, which must be clear.
