Abstract

From Schkuhria pinnata (Lam.) O. Ktze. var. pinnata we isolated two flavonoids, identified as 5, 7, 3', 4' - tetrahydroxi-6-methoxy flavonol and 5, 7, 3', 4'- tetrahydroxi-3-methoxy flavone. Resides these we found ~-sitosterol, a-amirina lupeol and a mixture of lineal hydrocarbon.
