Abstract

Spanish translation of the voice "Appello civile" by Piero Calamandrei, published in 1929, in the Enciclopedia Italiana of the Istituto Treccani. In it the Florentine author synthesizes the history of the appeal, its logical justifi-cation, its position as ordinary recourse, its procedure, its object and its future.
