Abstract

Altruistic gestational surrogacy is an Assisted Reproduction Technique (ART) that allows many couples to become parents and that increasingly becomes more relevant in our country. However, this method of procreation is not clearly regulated in our legislation, this causes serious legal and social damage. This article proposes its regulation based on a normative support protected by the Peruvian legal system and the obligation of the Right to adapt to new conceptions of family.
