Abstract

The article explores the aspects that prevent the inclusion of women in the workplace, focusing especially on the arguments that biologize and
naturalize these inequalities. Through a selection of research and various articles, a sustained criticism is raised around the perspective of equality without considering the differences found between women and men, turning this binary classification in sexual terms, to become an abstraction of the feminine in socio-economic terms.
