Open Access Policy

Pensamiento Constitucional publishes original and unpublished articles in the open access mode, available for free consultation from the first issue of the journal. There are, then, no charges of any type of charge for shipping or processing of articles, nor is a content embargo period established.

Those who are authors in Pensamiento Constitucional consent that the PUCP give their consent to publish under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to distribute, mix, adjust and build on their manuscript, even for commercial purposes, provided that the authorship of the original creation is recognized. In that sense, they retain their copyright.

In the event that the author/co-authors wish to republish the accepted article, they must agree to indicate the date on which it was originally published in Pensamiento Constitucional, as well as to notify the Editor-in-Chief about this republication.
