Abstract

Describing the frantic lifestyle that characterizes the early years of the XXI century (the century of vertigo), whose main feature is the rejection of any kind of stopping that allows to think about the road ahead, or worse, about the recently gone; the author presents the always controversial topic of the execution of legal obligations to act and not to act in Peru. The purpose, which is achieved after an acute analysis of comparative law and the most qualified doctrine worldwide, is to prove that it is possible to obtain a specific protection on this type of execution, beyond the limitations of our current normativity
