Abstract

In this article a conceptual framework of what constitutes circumstantial evidence is developed, its compatibility with the right to the presumption of innocence, requirements of logical reasoning to follow a court order that is based on circumstantial evidence, classification of evidence, and why it is so relevant circumstantial evidence in the context of criminal process.
