Abstract

In this paper the author evokes the thought of Piero Calamandrei on interim protection, highlighting the majesty of the monograph published in 1936, its contribution to the formation of a general theory of this form of protection and the future legal developments and as the validity and actu-ality of their approaches beyond the Italian borders.
