Abstract

In this essay the author reflects about one of the most important topics of nowadays: judicial justice and its efficiency. In this paper are bring up several ideas about social perspec-tives and is remarked the importance that they have for justice, to reach the equilibrium between the efficiency of the claims that are issued by the low-resources people and to achieve the desired reduction of judicial slowness. This, according to the author, is one of the great challenges that Judicial Brach has in Latin America.
