Abstract

The increase in competition restrictive behaviors that involve the violation of the rights of consumers is a problem that has grown in recent years, affecting not only small markets but also those in which the industry and the trade is more developed. In this paper the authors analyzed critically different Colombian solutions, concluding that the most effective measure for consumers is the collective action because it allows reducing costs for both consumers and the State.
