The work, on the basis of the distinction between text and norm, reflects on the evolution of binding jurisprudence in the Italian constitutional and ordinary justice, proposes solutions to allow the Court of Cassation to accomplish its mission of ensuring the uniform interpretation of the law and as should be applied the precedents with respect to procedural rules.Downloads
