Abstract

The author analysis the principle of procedural good faith as it is disciplined in the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure of 2015, stressing its constitutional foundation, its normative content and the legal consequences when this principle is disobeyed by the subject of the process, being these not only the parties, but also the judge herself.
