The annulment in the arbitration: introductory notes to an institute "muted" by our Arbitration Law

Abstract

One subject that has not been covered in the national doctrine is the procedural annulment in the arbitration. This article seeks to demonstrate that the procedural annulment institution is perfectly applicable to the arbitra-tion; analyzing, for that purpose, the relationship between arbitration and general procedural law from the per-spective of the proceeding theory.
