Gestión de la innovación empresarial: un enfoque multinivel
Resumen
En este artículo analizamos la importancia de la gestión de la innovación en las empresas. El enfoque multinivel nos permitirá comprender el fenómeno de la innovación tanto desde la perspectiva del gestor empresarial como del policy maker, ya que el ecosistema de innovación parece jugar un papel clave a la hora de promover la capacidad de innovación en un determinado territorio. Si bien los modelos de gestión de la innovación han ido cambiando en el tiempo, la mayoría de ellos se han enfocado en las grandes empresas industriales sin tomar apenas en cuenta a las PYMES en general y a las microempresas en particular, por lo que se hace necesario realizar más estudios sobre la capacidad de innovación de las empresas de estas dimensiones.
