360: Journal of Management Sciences is published by the Academic Department of Management Sciences of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) and aims to be a forum for discussion that allows progress in knowledge of management. It is a continuous publication that tries to disseminate academic research related to the management of organizations, on cross-cutting issues such as innovation and sustainability, as well as on functional issues related to strategic management, marketing, finance, operations and logistics and human resources, among other areas. related to the management of organizations. It seeks to publish research based on the collection and analysis of empirical data on organizational reality, as well as works that contribute to the development and contrast of theories and research methods.
The journal is aimed at top-level researchers, professors and students. 360: Revista de Ciencias de la Gestión does not charge authors for the application, the evaluation process and the subsequent publication of the articles. It follows an editorial policy of free access (all its issues can be consulted on the Open Journal System platform). It is currently indexed in DOAJ, REDIB, MIAR, Latindex, Dialnet and EBSCO Publishing.
The Editorial Team performs multiple filters at different stages of the editorial process to detect possible problems of plagiarism, duplicate publication, among others. Before sending the originals, please make sure that you comply with all the indications and instructions regarding the submission of works that are included in this document. Those works that do not comply with the established norms will be returned to the authors before starting the evaluation process.
Specifically, the first identification page must include:
- Title of the work (maximum 15 words)
- Summary in both Spanish and English (maximum 150 words)
- Keywords in both Spanish and English (minimum 3 and maximum 5).
It is recommended that the structure of the work contains the following:
- Introduction
- Theoretical Framework (Conceptual)
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusions
The submitted papers must have a minimum length of 5,000 words and a maximum of 7,000 words, including tables, bibliographic references and the author's identification page. It is expected that the text does not exceed 15 pages including the aforementioned.
The works must be original, unpublished and not be subject to acceptance or publication process in any other medium at the same time. In case it has been presented in an academic event, the document can be presented to the journal, but with significant changes of at least 40%. The Editorial Committee can decide the initial rejection (desk reject) of an article when it does not correspond to the scope, theme, coherence and structure required by the journal. Only those papers that fit the journal's objectives and meet the editorial standards will be submitted to the double-blind review process. In this case, the works will be sent to at least two (02) expert evaluators in the research topic. The journal evaluation process has an average duration of five (5) months from when the author submits his manuscript until the Journal receives the final version of the article after its peer evaluation.
The journal will send the authors an official communication about their article, both in the initial review phase, and after the decision on full acceptance, conditional acceptance (with observations that require slight changes) or rejection (with observations that imply a rethinking substantial article.
Regarding corrections, if the peer reviewers suggest slight modifications, the authors should stick to a timeline that does not exceed four (4) weeks. The new version must be accompanied by a report indicating the changes that were made to the proposal.
