360: Journal of Management Sciences is the research journal of the PUCP Academic Department of Management Sciences, which is published annually in september and receives contributions from peruvian and foreign authors, in both english and spanish.

The journal seeks to host research and reflection documents on knowledge and routine disciplinary practice, in the different organizational spheres (business, public and social) and functional areas (strategic, financial, logistics, operational, marketing and human management). At the same time, the journal seeks to transcend the usual confines of Management Sciences in order to incorporate knowledge with a multi, inter and trans disciplinary nature that provides new methods and tools to understand the increasing complexity of organizational reality and to promote its transformation with a view to generating value for both the organization and its stakeholders. Along these lines, it seeks to promote integrative approaches to organizational management in accordance with the demands of the contemporary world.
