Ethics Norms

360: Journal of Management Sciences adopts the codes of ethics established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), with special emphasis on its main practices such as the protection of intellectual property, the blind peer review process, and ethical supervision by the Editorial Committee, among others.

It also incorporates Elsevier's ethical standards for ethical publishing (PERK).

It should be noted that the editorial team guarantees the originality of the articles and the care of the information, for which it uses Ithenticate software.

All communication with the corresponding authors and reviewers is carried out through the journal's platform.

For editors:

  • They are responsible for ensuring the academic quality of publications in accordance with international standards.
  • The editorial assistant must guarantee the confidentiality of each publication so that the members of the Editorial Committee do not receive the authors' personal information.
  • They must carry out the preliminary evaluation as objectively as possible and communicate in a timely manner if there are indications of the authorship of the articles.

For authors:

  • Respect the rules for authors and the instructions in the call for papers.
  • Declare the type of funding they have received to carry out the research.
  • Do not exceed 20% similarity in the iThenticate checking program.
  • Guarantee the originality of the research.

For reviewers:

  • Conduct an objective evaluation and report any indications of authorship of the manuscript in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality in the blind peer review process.
  • Respect the evaluation deadlines unless otherwise communicated to the Editorial Committee.
