    PhD in Hispanic American Literature from the Doctorate School in Philological and Literary Studies of the University of Cagliari (Italy). His primary interest is based on the literature of the Peruvian Amazon region on the subject of violence and exploitation suffered by indigenous peoples from the rubber era to the present day. His research activity is located between anthropology, cultural studies and literature and is developed in the dual focus of writing and orality. At the same time, he deals with the literary and social role of journalistic comics in Peru. He is a member of the editorial committee of the América Crítica journal.

Abstract

The brief book "The story never told about the era of rubber. Two indigenous testimonies" makes a remarkable contribution to an increasingly broad bibliography about the era of rubber, presenting an example from the indigenous perspective on the subject.
