Focus and Scope

Derecho & Sociedad Journal is a scientific one that brings various academic papers of inquiry and legal news about Public Law. It 's aimed at lawyers, teachers and law students, as well as researchers from all areas related to this legal discipline. Its main publications are the Administrative, Constitutional, Criminal, Labour and Tax law magazines.

In addition, The Derecho & Sociedad Journal continues to publish two editions each year in print and digital version. Published papers are submitted to the peer review arbitration system to ensure the level of thoroughness and quality of our publications.
