Abstract

The present article seeks to analyze the figure of facilitator, on the frame of collusion for performing anti-competitive coordination practices, in the cases where the economic agent that executes the facilitating practice is in a different level from the agent that performs the act of horizontal collusion.
For that purpose, it describes on a detailed way how this figure is configured, and also the different ways it happens.
Finally, it analyses some cases in which the facilitator figure occurred.
