Abstract

El propósito de este artículo es analizar la potestad de la Administracion de imponer sanciones desde la perspectiva del bien jurídico tutelado por las normas que establecen infracciones. Este abordaje nos permitirá reflexionar sobre el funcionamiento de la potestad sancionatoria y las facultades que se otorgan a la Administración, ante la necesidad de proteger determinados bienes jurídicos contemplados en ordenamientos sectoriales.
