Open Access Policies

The journal Derecho & Sociedad publishes original and unpublished papers in open access mode, available for free consultation from the first issue of the journal.

The journal Derecho & Sociedad does not charge any submission or paper processing fees.

The author / co-authors agree that the non-profit organization Derecho y Sociedad publishes their paper in the journal Derecho & Sociedad under the Creative Commons Attribution 4. 0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to distribute, remix, modify and develop your work, even for commercial purposes, on condition that the authorship of the original creation is acknowledged.

The author/co-authors retain the copyright on the paper.

If the author or co-authors wish to reissue or republish the accepted paper, they must undertake to record the date on which it was originally published in the journal Derecho & Sociedad, as well as to notify the editor of the journal about this reissue or republish.
