It is recommended to prepare papers that can be used as teaching material. For this, it is necessary to emphasize the didactic nature of the text.

Foreign authors are recommended to take into consideration that our journal, although it has an international scope, has mainly a national audience, so it is recommended that the paper does not focus on the particular regulations of the author's place of origin or, in failing that, tools like comparative law can be used.
