La construcción del patrimonio arqueológico en una comunidad de la puna de Jujuy, Argentina en tiempos de globalización

Abstract

We share some thoughts on the building of the archaeological patrimony at an Altiplano community in northwestern Argentina.
The tourist development programs that are being implemented in our province in recent years have given way to changes in the traditional way of life of the local communities. Some processes of patrimony activation have been emphasized which put into value the local resources within a global context.
This dynamics is also shown in the educational community, who from certain pedagogic processes, it is actively inserted in the construction of the local patrimony. We value their representations on this process and reflexion on the archaeology, education, and community relationships.
