Análisis del liderazgo directivo en instituciones educativas y empresariales con enfoque STEM: una revisión sistemática

Resumen

Este estudio de revisión analiza el impacto del liderazgo directivo en la promoción de programas STEM (ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas) en entornos educativos y organizacionales. Se analizaron 29 estudios empíricos recientes (2020-2025), de acceso abierto, procedentes de 9 bases de datos para evaluar esta capacidad de liderazgo en el contexto de las iniciativas STEM. Los resultados indican una notable concentración geográfica en Asia y América del Norte, con predominio de enfoques cualitativos centrados en el rol del director como objeto de estudio. La variable más investigada es el “liderazgo”, y el estudio concluye que el liderazgo directivo es fundamental para lograr el éxito, la innovación y la inclusión en STEM. Se subraya la urgente necesidad de realizar más investigaciones sobre aspectos menos analizados y de prestar mayor atención al liderazgo femenino para contribuir a una visión más equitativa del sector.
