Sincronía emocional en la vida diaria: Cómo la participación online y en eventos cotidianos aumenta la cohesión social y el bienestar

Este artículo examina cómo los encuentros colectivos no ritualizados –caracterizados por baja sincronía, activación emocional y falta de protocolos formales– pueden generar Sincronía Emocional Percibida (SEP) y efectos psicológicos positivos. A través de tres estudios (análisis de datos online y presencial sobre Euskaraldia y un programa formativo en un huerto ecológico) y una integración meta-analítica, se evalúa el modelo derivado del trabajo pionero Émile Durkheim y los efectos de la SEP. Los resultados muestran que la SEP emerge tanto en contextos online como en actividades informales, prediciendo bienestar, cohesión, identidad colectiva y eficacia grupal. Así, la SEP no depende exclusivamente de rituales formales, lo que resalta la importancia de las experiencias cotidianas en la vida social para la salud mental.
