Sincronia emocional na vida cotidiana: Como a participação online e em eventos do dia a dia aumenta a coesão social e o bem-estar

Resumo

Este artigo examina como encontros coletivos não ritualizados –caracterizados por baixa sincronia, ativação emocional e ausência de protocolos formais– podem gerar Sincronia Emocional Percebida (SEP) e efeitos psicológicos positivos. A partir de três estudos (análise de dados online e presenciais do Euskaraldia, e um programa em uma horta ecológica) e uma integração meta-analítica, avalia-se o modelo derivado do trabalho pioneiro de Émile Durkheim e os efeitos da SEP. Os resultados indicam que a SEP emerge tanto em contextos online quanto em atividades informais, prevendo bem-estar, coesão, identidade coletiva e eficácia grupal. Assim, a SEP não depende apenas de rituais formais, ressaltando a importância das experiências cotidianas compartilhadas para a vida social e a saúde mental.
