The present article will describe the first eight months of a group therapy experience -one that will last 15 months in -total- in one of the "Foundation for the Children of Peru" villages. The therapeutical technique applied here is also used in the Beaverbrook Guidance Center, in Boston, U.S.A. The reference standard is integrational, including such authors as Anna Freud, Joseph Sandler, D. W. Winnicott, John Browlby and Virginia Axline. 1l1is is a first time experience, not yet completed, that we think can be reported because of the important changes shown in the children treated. A second article will be prepared once the 15 months of treatment are completed.Downloads
