Peer Review Process

The manuscripts are sent to the Editorial Committee, which is formed by external evaluators. Next, the format of the manuscripts is reviewed and sent to the Executive Committee. The section editor communicates the decision of acceptance, need for revisions, or rejection to the author. If the article is accepted, it will be published in up to one year from the time it was submitted by the author; however, this time can be extended depending on when the manuscript receives final approval. At the end of each article, the dates are provided for when the manuscript was received and when it was approved. However, these dates are not provided for the book review and In Memoriam.
