Gestão do estresse no trabalho entre psicólogos que trabalharam em teleconsultas durante a pandemia

Resumo

Objetivo: Analisar o gerenciamento do estresse ocupacional em psicólogos da região metropolitana de Lima que implementaram a teleconsulta durante a pandemia da COVID-19. Métodos: A pesquisa qualitativa foi conduzida seguindo um desenho de análise temática reflexiva, compreendendo 12 entrevistas semiestruturadas com psicólogos que trabalham nas esferas pública e privada. Resultados: Os resultados mostram que a pandemia levou a uma demanda de trabalho que implicou uma carga de trabalho cognitiva e emocional, e diferentes formas de gerenciar o estresse foram usadas, como a percepção de controle no trabalho, enquanto se usava apoio social emocional, instrumental e informativo. Conclusões: Os psicólogos procuram lidar com o estresse ocupacional por meio da percepção de controle no trabalho e da busca de apoio social.
