Los derechos humanos y la justicia distributiva transnacional
Resumen
El presente trabajo aborda la justicia transnacional distributiva en relación con los derechos humanos y las obligaciones estatales en materia de distribución de la riqueza. La cooperación internacional y la eliminación de la pobreza son aspectos desarrollados a lo largo del artículo con la finalidad de responder al cuestionamiento respecto a cuáles son las obligaciones de los Estados entre sí. En ese sentido, el autor analiza si nos encontramos ante una obligación asentada respecto a otros Estados o si nos encontramos sobre un piso mínimo que puede verse satisfecho con la atención o cobertura de las necesidades básicas. Es así que el autor reflexiona sobre el rol de las organizaciones internacionales y sus prácticas en materia de justicia transnacional distributiva, analizando, por ejemplo, la actuación de la ONU, el Banco Mundial y la Organización Mundial del Comercio.
