Abstract

This paper includes a study on the Juvenile Court of Callao. The author analyzes the organization and structure of the court, as well as the shortcomings and difficulties it faces in the development of its services. The article contemplates the analysis of resolutions where it is possible to appreciate the state of the courts, that is, the lack of administrative personnel and the observations on the measures adopted. In view of this, the author proposes possible solutions to the problems evidenced in her research with the aim of being able to attend to cases involving minors with speed. Finally, she highlights the shortcomings of the guardianship institutes and the relevance of having the Civic Training Center in order to provide social and educational work.
