Aproximación a la inteligencia artificial como factor criminógeno

Este artículo analiza el potencial de las tecnologías de inteligencia artificial (IA) para actuar como factores criminógenos, esto es, como causas de fenómenos delictuales. El análisis se hace distinguiendo dos perspectivas en las que dicho rol puede concretarse. En una perspectiva micro-criminógena, se sostiene que las (IA) tienen la capacidad técnica para involucrarse directa o indirectamente en la comisión de delitos o de conductas que, por su peligrosidad o dañosidad, deberían serlo. En una perspectiva macro-criminógena o estructural, se sostiene que la conformación de un capitalismo de la IA puede producir un aumento de la conflictividad social o un uso intensivo del sistema penal para proteger el propio sistema económico construido a partir de las IA.
