Abstract

En el presente artículo, el autor intenta descubrir la naturaleza jurídica de la operación de reporte. Para ello, hace un breve recorrido por las distintas teorías que se han construido al respecto, para, finalmente, sostener aquélla que le parece describe mejor la operación referida.
