Abstract

Francisco Avendaño nos plantea algunas modificaciones al Código Civil Peruano, recogidas del proyecto de reforma. Nos muestra cómo el registro de bienes puede solucionar y prever conflictos sobre propiedad y posesión. Además de eso, sorprende con un análisis sobre la información extra registral que afecta la fe pública.
