Derecho & Sociedad is a nonprofit organization that aims to promote and disseminate the legal culture in Peru, especially in the public field and with the commitment to be agents of change in the national reality. Our organization is formed by students of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) Law School, which disseminates, promotes and consolidates law in Peru with a multidisciplinary, democratic and inclusive approach in order to strengthen the institutionalism and governance of the country.
The journal Derecho & Sociedad is a biannual publication in digital format, whose elaboration is entirely in charge of the nonprofit organization Derecho & Sociedad, formed by students of the PUCP Law School.
Our main objective is to disseminate legal culture in our country, especially in the field of Public Law. In carrying out this mission we have the collaboration of prominent national and international jurists, who find in our journal an open forum for academic debate.
