Guidelines for Reviewers
Reviewers will receive an email inviting them to review a new manuscript, along with another email with their account’s data with which to access the review platform.
The review process is a double-bind review. The Reviewer does not have access to the author(s)’s name(s) or to the author(s), nor do authors know the name of their reviewers.
Should the invitation be accepted, the email will include a link that leads to a page with information regarding the text, the deadlines for replying and submission, as well as the option to accept or decline the invitation.
The Reviewer must download all of the attached files (manuscript, figures, tables and the review sheet). Once the manuscript has been reviewed, the Reviewer must include his/her comments in the review sheet by answering all questions in this document. No comments made on the manuscript will be accepted. Reviewers must not make grammar or spelling corrections on the manuscript.
Once the previous step is finished, the Reviewer must upload the review sheet in the Reviews section.
The Reviewer must choose one of the options provided by the platform (please ignore the option to Send somewhere else). Click “Send” in order to finish the process.
The Section/Guest Editor will receive a message indicating that the Reviewers’ work is done. In order to end this process, the Reviewer will receive a thank-you message from the journal.
