Abstract

In this essay, it is demonstrated how an audiovisual product created by a Peruvian group has contributed to the representation of various ways of being gay in Peruvian and Latin American production. This becomes evident in the construction of the characters and the narratives of the web series ¿Por qué no seguiste? (Zelvaggio et al., 2018-2019), broadcast on social networks.
