This paper aims to analyze the media relevance of political scandals involving Argentina’s National Executive Branch under the leadership of Javier Milei. Conceptually, the article draws on agenda-setting theory and employs a quantitative content analysis methodology. The study examines the most prominently featured news articles published by Clarín, elDiarioAR, Filo News, and La Derecha Diario between January 1 and October 26, 2025, the date on which the country’s legislative elections were held. The findings reveal both differences and similarities among media agendas and show how the frequency curves of scandal coverage fluctuate according to the specific characteristics of each outlet and each critical event.
