Clusterización de perfiles emprendedores de estudiantes universitarios en la UNALM: un análisis con K-Means

Este estudio clasificó los perfiles emprendedores de los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM) en el curso de Desarrollo Empresarial, analizando las variables de género, edad y carrera. Mediante una metodología cuantitativa no experimental, se aplicó una encuesta validada por la Fundación Wadhwani (2023) y se realizó un análisis de conglomerados con el algoritmo K-Means. Se identificaron dos clústeres de estudiantes que reflejan tendencias emprendedoras y se halló una relación significativa entre género, edad y carrera con los perfiles emprendedores. Los resultados destacan que cada estudiante posee al menos un tipo de estilo emprendedor, sin embargo, predominan ciertos perfiles según género y carrera. Este estudio ofrece aportes valiosos para diseñar programas educativos que fomenten el emprendimiento en diversos grupos estudiantiles.
