Estilos de liderazgo y acreditación en programas académicos universitarios

El objetivo de este estudio es determinar la relación existente entre los estilos de liderazgo y acreditación, mediados por el soporte organizacional. Con este fin, la investigación se desarrolló en la Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, de nivel descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fue formada por 126 docentes nombrados, pertenecientes a 21 facultades, que ostentaban cargos. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron un cuestionario MLQ Leader Form, un instrumento para evaluación de soporte organizacional CEAI, y el cuestionario de avance de acreditación. Los instrumentos fueron sometidos a validación por juicio de expertos, luego del análisis estadístico con el coeficiente de concordancia W de Kendall. La confiabilidad fue determinada utilizando la prueba de alfa de Cronbach. La mediación de la variable soporte organizacional mejoró los resultados de las relaciones entre los estilos de liderazgo y el avance de acreditación.
